Artist Profile

India born, Swati is an abstract artist who takes inspiration from the tropical landscape in Singapore, the place she has called home for over a decade. Her work gives voice to the endless possibilities of color, texture, shape, as well as the harmonious chaos of nature through the use of acrylic paint and mixed media on canvas and paper. She was trained at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA), Singapore and her paintings have been part of exhibitions at The Arts House, Design Orchard, Selegie Arts Centre, German Centre, ION Art Gallery and Affordable Art Fair Singapore.
