Artist Profile

My name is Novelisa Sondang Delima, a former architect for 8 years. My pieces are mostly wall decors, knotted and weft by ropes, yarns, and ribbons. I take my inspiration from nature, life experience, and also translation of feeling. As there are no same stories in life, therefore it applies to my artworks - it speaks in textures, colours, and composition. Hundreds of macrames and weavings have been done by myself, have been sold to hundreds of beautiful people around Singapore and I would love to keep doing this, to make art and to connect with new people.
