Artist Profile
The works of Teng Nee Cheong (1951-2013) reflect a fascination with the human figure. His vibrantly coloured paintings in oil and pastel, as well as his charcoal drawings, were inspired by aspects of Asian culture, including Balinese mythology, Hinduism and Buddhism.
