PRESS RELEASE: AGAS Appoints New Secretariat to Strengthen Association Operations

SINGAPORE, 13 October 2026 — The Art Galleries Association Singapore (AGAS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Cally Lau Heng Ee as its new Secretariat, effective 1 October 2026.

With a background in finance and a degree in Art History, Cally brings a combination of financial expertise and art historical knowledge to the role. She will support the association through being a liaison between members, exco and external stakeholders, coordinating major programmes, overseeing membership matters, managing financial administration, as well as assisting with partnerships and government matters. Her appointment marks AGAS’s continued commitment to supporting its member galleries and strengthening the association’s operations and engagement with Singapore’s visual arts community.

Supporting Cally is Stefi Adilah Binte Mohd Ismadi, who has been with AGAS since May 2025 and continues in her role as Project Executive. Stefi will support the association’s marketing, social media, member communications and events, contributing to the delivery of AGAS programmes and initiatives. Together, Cally and Stefi will continue to advance AGAS’s mission of supporting the development of Singapore’s commercial art gallery sector and fostering a vibrant, connected arts ecosystem.
